Born in San Francisco, raised in Germany and New Zealand, Kiki Rockwell draws inspiration from dark fairytales, mythology and the stories of history’s forgotten heroins.
She writes and produces all her works, blending ethereal strings, dark electronic synths, ritualistic drums and an almost monastic vocal layering technique.
Kiki is not shy to blend genres to create a sound that is fully unique to her.
Her avid fan base has grown rapidly with the help of her cinematic, fantasy themed music videos and strong social media presence.
But it’s her lyrics that cut like a sword. Kiki considers herself a storyteller above all else, weaving a tapestry of queer love, witches, sirens, kelpies and fae folk with her words.
